If you want to build a good habit, this app would help you. I think it might be worth it if weekly or monthly trending and habit forming what we added. The UI is designed good and simple enough. The only way to reach your goal is creating your own habits schedule and sticking to it at the same time. But I think more remind way is needed to help us recall our appointment, such as music alarm.
